Green Roof Farms DIY Designs(“Designs”) are not to be altered or changed in any fashion without written consent from Green Roof Farms DIY, regardless if they are obtained free or through purchase. Designs are not to be shared to any person or entity. Designs are owned by Green Roof Farms DIY and you are purchasing the right to stitch the design for your personal use, not commercial production.
Personal Identification Information (PII):
PII is stored on Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously but you will not be able to check out annonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us at the time of checkout. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities such as purchasing Designs.
How We Protect PII:
We purchase from our hosting provider extensive appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. No financial infomation is stored in the site and is through you and Paypal directly. We just get a confirmation from Paypal that your transaction was completed. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others.

If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include Design news, updates, or additional Green Roof Farms website or service information, etc.
All sales are final:
Your transaction is completed and cannot have coupons or refunds due to the digital nature of the transaction. All claims with Paypal will be disputed if you so choose to file. This agreement is shown each time you enter the site to acknowledge all sales are final.
Non-Disclosure / Non-Compete:
You are not to alter or copy Green Roof Farms DIY designs. You are not to disclose to others to designers images or likeness images of GRFDIY designs so it may be reproduced in any likeness or function. You may not design for your own use designs that have been modeled off GRFDIY Designs, regardless if the use is for your own personal use. You may not take pieces or elements of GRFDIY Designs to alter for your own or others use (i.e. taking a coaster, purse, game and changing slight elements to call it your own). If you are a tester of GRFDIY Designs you may not Disclose or Compete that design.
Changes to this privacy policy
Green Roof Farms DIY has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
