Customer-Provided Items Policy

Customers may provide their own garments for embroidery; however, a handling surcharge of $5.00 or more per item applies. Because Create it Studio does not supply these items, we cannot guarantee or warranty customer-provided garments and are not liable for issues related to fabric performance, needle marks, thread tension, hooping, or stitching results.

Warranty coverage applies only to apparel purchased through Create it Studio, where we maintain full control over sourcing, handling, and production quality from start to finish.
