4×4 Transportation Learning Wheel

Description

I took the popular learning wheels design and made a small wheel and toddler pack of the transportation matching discs so the folks in the 4×4 hoop size had some play discs they could make to share in the learning wheel excitement. These have passed testing but they are small in a 4×4 hoop and is done in three hooping so the wheel in one and the discs in two subsequent hooping. Stabilize well as these are tiny and you may not want to try to put kam snaps on.
