This is part of the Mylar technique you have seen the video on the facebook page about.  To do this design you will need monofil or a clear thread as well as a iridescent seer fabric or iridescent mylar to create the illusion of the glass..

The design stitches out.  The liquid stitches then an outline stitches, this is where you float on top of the outline a piece of mylar, it then tacks down and then moves onto the fill stitch that puts the mylar down on top of the color of liquid stitches.   This is a very simple design and will make your friends be amazed when they see this in their gift box.
