Description

The circles, intended to be like a stamp, are actually applique so you can incorporate different fabrics in those circles if you desire.  This is the seal that is on the State Stamps for those who do not have a large enough hoop to do the 6×10 design which has the seal.  This design pack comes with a knockdown to sit behind it if you choose, simply add that file into your machine first then add the state stamp seal of your choice and line up over the knockdown. 

25 states plus knockdown; Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York are all included in this pack along with a knockdown file.
